Prototyping - Making it work

Prototyping and what is more recently known as Rapid Protypeing is increasingly becoming a crtitical part of the product development process. The process allows us easily make mulitiple changes before production tooling starts. This not only helps the design team during but also gives the client confidence in the final design.

 

There are many different grades and materials of RP, each with there subtle differences and benefits. With close to 10yrs expierience with RP the DC team being early adtopters of the process is a great point of contact for those wishing to know more about it.

 

DC also offers the service of helping clients arrange prototypes to be made of there own 3D CAD files if needed and offer further support regarding the next step of tooling.
